Fabrice Pothier

Fabrice Pothier is the director of Carnegie Europe – the pan-European foreign policy forum of the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace – where he focuses on Afghanistan, global drug policy, and transatlantic relations. Before joining Carnegie, he co-founded The Senlis Council (now called ICOS), where he worked in Afghanistan, Europe and North America.
